Regular exercise, refraining from alcohol and tobacco and having a balanced diet can help you in developing a healthy lifestyle.

6. Seek Support When Necessary
Don’t hide the pressure you encounter from difficult problems. Instead, share and talk about your problems with your colleagues, superiors and friends. Seeking support from your family is especially important. Experiencing strong negative emotions may be a sign of excessive stress – don’t let pressure build up.
