The Club had a Story Behind a Memorable Object Contest to collect touching family memories and received over 1,000 entries. The best were used to create a 4.5-metre Lamp of Stories that was displayed in SHKP's HomeSquare in Shatin, Tai Po Mega Mall and wtc more in Causeway Bay. Exhibits included an ancient Chinese medicine roller and a teapot over 100 years old. Memorable objects and stories were on display to promote loving home message.
People at the exhibitions were encouraged to communicate with their families and share their thoughts to enhance family relationships.
The three exhibitions drew nearly 200,000 visits in total, and 100 entries to the Story Behind a Memorable Object Contest were uploaded to the Club's Cherish Your Family Facebook page.
