Does anyone need to own or rent a Sun Hung Kai Properties flat to become a Club member?

| A: |
No, they just need to be aged 18 or over for ordinary membership (please click here for application details), but anyone who owns (first hand or second hand) or rents (currently or previously) an SHKP flat is eligible for Star membership (Please click here for application details). Applicants have to complete the application form in full. In order to enable us to verify the applicant's eligibility for the membership, each applicant is requested to provide a copy of required documents with the Application forms. The documents will be destroyed after verification. Alternatively, an applicant may choose to produce the required documents for the required verification when he/she submits the application form in person at the Club's office at 52/F., Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Hong Kong. |

There are two main ways:
- By Post or via fax - Mail or fax a completed application form and a copy of required documents to the Club (Star membership applicants must submit other relevant documents). Your membership card will be mailed to you in three to four weeks. (The copy of required documents will be destroyed after verification)
- Applications and documents can also be hand delivered

Send the Club a cheque for HK$50 (administration
fee) payable to the 'Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited'.

number and 'replacement of membership card' on the back of the
