Does anyone need to own or rent a Sun Hung Kai Properties flat to become a Club member?
|
| A: |
No, they just need to be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or over for ordinary membership (please click here for application details), but anyone who owns (first hand or second hand) or rents (currently or previously) an SHKP flat is eligible for Star membership (Please click here for application details). Applicants have to complete the application form and questionnaire in full. In order to enable us to verify the applicantˇ¦s identity card number and eligibility for the membership, each applicant is requested to provide a copy of his/her HKID card and/or other required documents with the Application forms. Photocopy of HKID will be destroyed after verification. Alternatively, an applicant may choose to produce his/her identity card and/or other required documents for the required verification when he/she submits the application form and questionnaire in person at the Club's office at 52/F., Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Hong Kong.

How can I join
the club? |

There are two main ways:
- By Post or via fax - Mail or fax a completed application form, questionnaire and a copy of your HKID card to the Club (Star membership applicants must submit other relevant documents). Your membership card will be mailed to you in three to four weeks. (HKID card copy will be destroyed after verification)
- Applications and documents can also be hand delivered

Why check HKID
cards? |

The Club needs to confirm membersˇ¦
HKID card information to ensure accuracy and fairness in Club
programmes and activities. HKID card copy will be destroyed
after verification. Alternatively, an applicant may choose to
produce physically his/her identity card and/or other required
documents in person for checking at the Clubˇ¦s office at 52/F.,
Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Hong Kong, when he/she
submits the application form and questionnaire. |

if my membership card is lost or damaged? |

Send the Club a cheque for HK$50 (administration
fee) payable to the 'Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited'.

Wanchai. You should write your name, HKID card number, telephone
number and 'replacement of membership card' on the back of the
