hopping mall customer care ambassadors were first introduced by SHKP in 1997 to provide visitors with friendly, attentive customer service in a professional manner. The ambassadors provide customer service and act as a communication channel between visitors and the mall. SHKP nominated the winners of the fifth 'Serving with Heart' Customer Care Ambassador Election for the 2013 Service & Courtesy awards given out by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, to learn and interact with the industry's best and enhance customer service quality. Customer care ambassadors from Metroplaza and Park Central were awarded with certificates for their outstanding performance. The new Most-liked Customer Care Ambassador award this year will be decided entirely by public voting so it will be a popularity poll reflecting what customers think.

The last day for voting will be 31 January 2014. People can visit the customer care centres in any of the following 21 SHKP malls to vote by paper ballot or at the electronic polling stations. People can also vote for their favourite customer care ambassador online. Everyone who completes the voting process will automatically be entered into a lucky draw to win great prizes: Samsung GALAXY S4 smartphone (recommended retail price: HK$5,598; quota: 3), iPad mini (recommended retail price: HK$2,288; quota: 3) and 21 HK$500 SHKP mall coupons (one quota for each participating mall).
