SHKP recently released its 2011/12 Sustainability Report to give stakeholders and the public an in-depth understanding of its approach to sustainable development and long-term commitment to business and community growth.
The report expounds upon SHKP’s approach to sustainable development and its performance in core business areas in Hong Kong during 2011/12, covering economic, business, social, safety & health and environmental aspects. It adds transparency by including SHKP’s hotel portfolio for the first time and provides more content about supply chain performance. The report was assessed and certified by an independent third party with a B+ application level, which is an advancement from the previous report and shows the Group’s commitment to enhanced transparency and sustainable development. The report has been uploaded to SHKP’s website for public viewing.
