    • New landmark – Hotel Vic on the Harbour

    SHKP will have a new hospitality venue in its portfolio with Hotel Vic on the Harbour as part of a new integrated development on the North Point waterfront.     Location: The hotel will be just steps from the MTR North Point Station, a ferry pier and other modes of public transport, plus there will be shuttle service to major shopping districts in Island East and other business locales, including the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. It will also be connected to the new SHKP Harbour North phase one shopping mall of 80,000 square feet with an extensive collection of lifestyle, dining and shopping options opening in the second half of 2018.     Modern design: Hotel Vic on the Harbour has award-winning Rocco Design Architects as project architect and internationally renowned Hirsch Bedner Associates as guestroom designer, with AFSO under noted designer André Fu creating the main interiors. The lobby is based on a glass house concept to expand the visual space and the restaurant will have special outdoor dining where guests can enjoy a cool breeze with delicious cuisine in the morning or under the stars. All 671 rooms and suites will overlook Victoria Harbour and have king-sized beds or two double-size beds and connecting rooms for different needs. Guests will be able to enjoy the famous Hong Kong night scene from the comfort of their rooms, have a steam bath or sauna in the fitness centre, work out in the 24-hour gym or take a dip in the outdoor rooftop pool.
