    • sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck's new sky-high treat

    The sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (sky100) is in its sixth year of operation and has been featured on the CNN Travel website as one of "17 reasons to visit Hong Kong in 2017". And now, sky100 and The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong have launched Café 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong to offer visitors a new memorable sky-high dining experience.

    French leisure in the sky

    Afternoon streets bustling with activity hemmed in by high-rise buildings contrast with little houses at the foot of Lion Rock in a uniquely Hong Kong scene; alluring shafts of waning sunlight wash over the city stirring thoughts of romance and then the night takes over with the city awash in a blaze of neon befitting the Pearl of the Orient. Scenes shift throughout the day as the landscape transforms, offering a visual feast for Café 100 guests. The new hot spot is open now on the west side of the observation deck with a breathtaking, boundless sea view. Inspired by the relaxing ambience of a Parisian terrace café, Café 100 features a modern minimalist design finished in warm tones. The bright and airy space is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that let in lots of natural light.

    Mr Peter Find, Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has created an exclusive menu for Café 100 such as soft-serve ice cream made with fresh milk from Hokkaido (rich fat content of 8%) and a selection of sweet and savoury French crêpes. Visitors to sky100 can now enjoy a relaxing time with their loved ones and the acclaimed service of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Meticulously selected premium ingredients are all freshly cooked upon order to deliver the finest taste and quality, and the menu will also be regularly refreshed with seasonal flavours. For instance, the soft-serve ice cream will be available in sakura flavour in spring, and roasted sweet potato flavour in winter. With a wealth of resources and experience in hospitality, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is committed to offering a remarkable new culinary experience to all diners at Café 100.
