SHKP's PopWalk mall near the MTR Tseung Kwan O Station is now open for business! The mall combines leisure and shopping under one roof so patrons can enjoy the natural sunshine and sea breezes while experiencing the creative surroundings.
PopWalk has attracted many young families since it had a soft opening in late July, and they enjoy the new courtyard-style shopping. The mall has a variety of outlets including popular restaurants like the fine Cantonese restaurant Ming Garden, Japanese curry rice chain CoCo Ichibanya, SOUP PLUS offering refreshing rice in soup, theme restaurant Health Culture Food & Drink, specialty dessert shop Joyful House, fusion gourmet restaurant WAALAH! Café, Thai restaurant Mekong Thai Vietnam Indonesia, Bakery Cafe by Maxim's Cakes and more. There are also department stores, pet shops, florists, laundries and gift shops to meet the needs of everyday life.
PopWalk is celebrating its official opening with a variety of exciting offers, like sending ice-cream trucks around Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung on 3, 4, 10 and 11 September 2016. People can 'like' the mall's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PopWalkHK) to receive a free soft ice cream. The mall will have creative marshmallows, an instant photo booth and a claw machine every Saturday and Sunday in September 2016 for shoppers’ amusement. People will additionally be able to get creative in a spray-paint art studio in the mall. PopWalk has a special parking promotion until 30 September in which shoppers get an hour of free parking with any purchase (spending HK$100 earns two hours).
