SHKP has named the second residential phase of its integrated Chengdu ICC development in Sichuan 'The Arch Chengdu', following The Arch in Hong Kong and Shanghai Arch as the next incarnation of the prestigious name.
Chengdu ICC is above the Dongda Road station on line 2 of the Chengdu metro. It includes high-end residences, a large stylish shopping mall, grade-A offices and a five-star hotel. The project is next to Tazishan Park with lush greenery and splendid views of the Sha River. It is well-served by comprehensive social and educational facilities so residents will enjoy comfortable living. Sirius, the first phase of Chengdu ICC was virtually sold out and the first batch of The Arch Chengdu will provide around 250 units.
