    YOHO MALL, SHKP's large flagship retail development in Yuen Long, follows a 'Refined, Redefined.' operating concept as it builds interactive relationships with customers by virtue of superior 'hardware' and 'software'. The first phase has been welcomed by local residents since it opened, and many visitors have come from other parts of Hong Kong to try something new.

    App for smart shopping anytime

    The over-1.1-million-square-foot YOHO MALL will comprise the renovated Sun Yuen Long Centre, the retail area of YOHO Midtown and that of Grand YOHO Development which is currently under development, as well as another of the Yuen Long Station Development. The mall introduced an mYOHO MALL app for the convenience of visitors using smart devices, which employs humanized technology catering to new-generation consumers to offer the best driving routes, transport options, parking navigation and online restaurant queuing. There are also an interactive store-search system that provides customized directions in the mall and other functions that take customers on a smart shopping journey.

    Style quest

    A spectrum of international fashion labels greets the mall's first customers with eight-metre shop fronts: there is Hollister inspired by southern Californian surfing, Jack Wills with a mix of heritage and contemporary Britain and AAPE BY A BATHING APE, one of Japan's leading trendsetters from Ura Harajuku. This new fashion hub is rounded out by Victoria's Secret, Cath Kidston, a flagship Collect Point covering over 10,000 square feet, Zara, HOMELESS and H&M.

    Home to multiple eatery gems

    YOHO MALL also houses some 200 other outlets including choice restaurants like the Iberico & Co Spanish cuisine managed by a protégé of celebrated British chef Marco Pierre White, The Sky Bar – a blend of pub, oyster bar and café, award-winning katsu specialty Tonkichi, An Nam fine Vietnamese dining and Garrett Popcorn Shop® offering secret popcorn recipes. The restaurants complement the fashion brands to create retail allure for customers.
