The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation offers scholarships to help promising Hong Kong and mainland students with limited means finish university and has run a programme at Zhejiang University since 2006. The Foundation is also working with the United Front Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Academy of Chinese Culture by sponsoring a fourth English training programme for mainland government officials.
