There are also duplexes, garden flats and other special units to choose from, including four sky duplexes of about 3,000 to 4,000 square feet (about 280 to 380 square metres) with four bedrooms (two en suites) or five bedrooms (four en suites) to choose from. Two sky duplexes have already been sold.
The Woodland is in urban Zhongshan, just about a 15-minute drive from Zhongshan Port and the Shiqi city centre. It is surrounded by cultural, recreation and sporting facilities such as the Zhongshan Culture & Art Centre, Xingzhong Stadium, Sun Yat-Sen Library and more. Residents can enjoy convenient access to Guangzhou from the Zhongshan North station on the Guangzhou – Zhuhai Intercity Rail in about 40 minutes. Comprehensive clubhouse facilities like an outdoor garden pool, basketball court, gym, yoga room and badminton court, along with a reading room, piano room, drawing room and dance studio for children offer residents an option for spare time relaxation.
