Members visiting the show flat at the Oriental Bund
Property-related events are among the most popular activities that the SHKP Club provides to its members. Recently, the SHKP Club organized a show flat visit to Oriental Bund, a large-scale integrated project in Foshan, to help members better understand SHKP's property developments on the mainland. A seminar on Hong Kong people buying mainland properties was held during the day, allowing members to enjoy a more comprehensive service.
The visit was participated by nearly 200 members and guests. Professionals were invited to host a seminar to provide an overview on the financing policies and the property market on the mainland. At the same time, members were able to know more about the development of the Oriental Bund integrated project.
Earlier, Asterism Green, another batch of Oriental Bund's residential portion made up of 11 towers of 39 storeys, was put up for sale and well received by the market. During the show flat visit, members had the opportunity to understand the overall planning of Oriental Bund and were informed about the project's future supporting facilities by staff on-site. They were impressed by the practical layout and premium materials of the residences. A member even purchased a unit of Asterism Green on the spot.
