TOWNPLACE SOHO's Duo Social Space spans the ground floor, first floor and rooftop, featuring an open design with a total area of about 16,000 square feet. Its outdoor and indoor spaces are equipped with exquisite furnishings and leisure facilities, fostering communication and networking among residents on a scale that is rare in the district. The ground floor gardens provide a striking greenscape and natural ambience while the first floor features an array of relaxing leisure facilities that are uncommon in the area. To offer a smart living space for fast-moving millennials, TOWNPLACE has commercial grade Wi-Fi reaching from the communal areas to the apartments, as well as USB charging plugs and ports, printers, photocopiers and other equipment in the clubhouse and gardens. The Duo Social Space has been equipped with soundproof phone booths to ensure privacy, work desks and sofas are also available to accommodate the new "working from home" trend and to cater for reading.
