Sing Yin Cantonese Dining, located on the first floor of W Hong Kong, which sits atop MTR Kowloon Station, has launched the Exquisite Delights Menu tastefully crafted by its Chinese Executive Chef Johnny Chan. The menu highlights six signature delicacies and creative dishes. WOOBAR, located on the hotel's sixth floor, also brings you an all-new, nourishing detox afternoon tea. Sing Yin Cantonese Dining features a unique, semi-open plan design with screen partitions, and echoes the vibrancy of a Hong Kong street scene. The restaurant is also home to a variety of Hong Kong landscape photography and has its very own characteristic bird-cage design. The restaurant's Executive Chef, Johnny Chan, has worked in the kitchen for more than 30 years and has a real knack for concocting stylish Cantonese dishes with seasonal ingredients. The newly launched Exquisite Delights Menu includes mouth-watering dishes such as Braised Lobster Soup with Bird's Nest and Seafood, Steamed Fillet of Spotted Garoupa with Cordyceps Flower and Goji Berries, Braised Crispy Rice with Sea Cucumber, Conpoy and Dried Shrimp in Superior Soup. SHKP Club has invited Chef Chan to share his cooking skills with you, and demonstrate how to make Crispy Fritter with Yuzu Honey, a fabulous dessert featured on the menu.
