    • Phase two of Chengdu JOVOTOWN in the market

    SHKP has been developing premium residential projects in the mainland by recent years including JOVOTOWN at Tianfu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is located in the newly formed CBD at the southern part of Chengdu city adjoining Chengdu Polar Ocean Park. SHKP has owned 91% stake for the project.

Special units like those with gardens, penthouses, simplexes and duplexes can provide as luxury signatures including private infinity swimming pools or whirlpools at rooftop level for gorgeous contemporary lifestyle.

    The theme of "Water"

    "Water" is the main theme of the architecture of JOVOTOWN. The central landscape is designed for high-profiled recreational purposes. Water features, fitness facilities, children's playgrounds and running tracks spreads over different corners of the living environment. The second and third phases will incorporate subtropical landscape design in future to create different inspiration for the residents. Blocks 11 and 12 of phase two have been handed over to individual owners since September 2013. The owners were pleased with the handover arrangement and building quality. The under-constructing luxury club house acquired over 32,000 square feet will provide the resident with thorough pleasure for the well-equipped facilities including an indoor swimming pool, basketball court, banquet room, gymnasium, billiard room.

    Excellent transport

    JOVOTOWN is located at the southern part of Tianfu Main Road with excellent transport links. Residents going to the downtown can drive through Tianfu Main Road, the Hongxing Road Southern Extension, Yizhou Road or Jiannan Road. In addition, they can also reach the Century City station of the Chengdu metro line 1 via Tianfu Main Road. Shuttle buses to various destinations will be provided in future.
