Located on the North Point waterfront, the newly opened HOTEL VIC features The Farmhouse, which draws design inspiration from authentic farm cottage . 4.5 inch green tea burger | One |
American Kurobuta pork | 240g (2 chops) |
Red onion | 50g |
Tomato | 50g (approximately 1/2) |
Italian bacon | 30g (2 rashers) |
Butterhead lettuce | 30g |
Cheddar cheese | 40g (2 pieces) |
Jalapeno | To taste |
Butter | To taste |
Sea salt | To taste |
Black pepper | To taste |
Spicy mustard mayo | |
Mayonnaise | 50g |
Mustard seed sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Recommended sides: salad, French fries |
Preparation:

Season the surface of the pork chops with pepper and sea salt, and put them in a preheated oven at 180°C to roast, for about 25 minutes until the pork is fully cooked. Set aside.

Fry the bacon in a pan until golden and crisp. Set aside.

Cut the burger open and lightly toast the open side in a pan. Once toasted, spread with butter and set aside.

Wash the red onion, tomato and jalapeno and then slice.

Wash the butterhead lettuce and cut into long strips.

Mix the mustard seed sauce into the mayonnaise to create the spicy mustard mayo.

In the following order, place the ingredients on the base of the burger bun: the first pork chop, a dollop of spicy mustard mayo, butterhead lettuce, tomato, the second pork chop, another dollop of spicy mustard mayo, jalapeno, red onion and two slices of cheese.

Use a kitchen blowtorch to flame the cheese until slightly melted and slightly browned. Season with a small amount of black pepper, top with two pieces of bacon and then add the top burger bun. It is done now.
