    • Total fun and enjoyment at your fingertips with the SHKP Malls App

    The Group's first integrated shopping mall mobile app was officially launched in early February and is expected to include 26 major SHKP malls by the end of this year to provide information on dining, parking, shopping and malls' promotion updates as well as an integrated membership to enhance customers' overall shopping experience.

    Comprehensive functions to satisfy customers’ needs

    11 SHKP malls (apm, East Point City, Metroplaza, MOKO, New Town Plaza, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Plaza, V city, WTC, YOHO MALL and Yuen Long Plaza) are included under the SHKP Malls App in the first phase providing the malls' latest information and offers. The App comprises below four key features which will be launched progressively:

    • Eat E-asy – Over 60% of restaurants at SHKP malls support the Eat E-asy feature, which offers e-ticket and e-table booking functions, while pre-order function will be added late this year.

    • Park E-asy – Customers can now enjoy great convenience from real-time car lots vacancy information at the malls' car parks as well as nearby car parks, intelligent parking navigation, car searching system and electric vehicle charging payment service. More functions will be added later on, including free parking redemption by reward points to optimize motorists’ overall travel experience.

    • Promotional Offers – From now until February 28, you can enter a lucky draw for a chance to win YATA gift certificates or other gifts by simply downloading the SHKP Malls App (limited to 10,000 entries). Other exciting offers include a free credit spending lucky draw, complimentary parking, and over 400 offers from 140 merchants with prizes worth HK$2 million.

    • Integrated Membership Programme – SHKP will launch an integrated membership programme later on with functions such as reward points self-registration, an integrated reward points redemption programme, gift reservation to create a better and more convenient shopping experience for customers and to encourage spending across various SHKP malls.
