Melzi Woods is the second phase of SHKP's Lake Dragon in the Jiulonghu resort area in northern Guangzhou, and it went on sale recently.
The SHKP Club organized previews for 300 members and guests on July 2 and 3, with show house visits, talks and discounts, all of which were well received.
Members toured a Melzi Woods show house, visited the Jiulonghu resort area, a 27-hole golf course, the first phase of Lake Dragon and its Club Aqua, which won interior design awards from noted mainland and Taiwan organizations. Members were impressed by the Melzi Woods house and its modern, elegant design that blends with the beautiful surroundings.
One Club member, Ms Lam, liked Lake Dragon's superior materials, modern design and reasonable price, so she put down a deposit on a unit. Mr Chan has been a member for over a decade and plans to buy a home on the mainland. He is confident in SHKP and would recommend the development to his family and friends. Another member, Mr Cheung, was impressed by the scenic, relaxing environment and thought that it would suit his family after he retired.
