Loving Home Campaign Spreading the Loving Home ideal

SHKP Club launched Loving Home Competition to mark's 10th year, the campaign was kick-off with the Eight Steps to a Loving Home in March to share with the public. This competition has drawn about 5,000 entries from people aged from two to 80, entrants came from all walks of life and submissions also showed a great deal of diversity in formats. A total of 16 winners were selected by the Club for the members' and public categories, plus 200 honourable mention winners, to share HK$300,000 worth of fabulous prizes. We appreciate their participation to share the loving home tips with us. We hope that everyone of you will continue to promote this ideal with SHKP Club to make a more domestic harmony in Hong Kong.

Winning Loving Home competition entries were on display and some of the works are printed into bookmarks to promote domestic harmony, so that the Loving Home ideal has been spread all over the city. The Club, following an encouraging response to the competition, has selected over hundred entries to produce the Loving Home notebook. We hope the notebooks can provide an inspiration for the people to write down their Loving Home wishes.

Loving Home Notebook Charity Sale for Needy Families

The Club has launched the charity sale of the Loving Home notebooks; proceeds from the sales have been given to Caritas Hong Kong to support underprivileged families. Purchase forms were also made available at SHKP malls and Wilson car parks, to make it convenient for people to buy these notebooks. Among several channels for the sales of notebooks were road shows at Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories including New Town Plaza in Sha Tin, Metroplaza in Kwai Fong, Grand Century Place in Mong Kok, Tai Po Mega Mall and WTC More in Causeway Bay. Many shoppers bought Loving Home notebooks as Christmas presents for their family. A primary school teacher bought 100 notebooks to give to students and other teachers, to remind them to love their families.
