Q: Does anyone need to own or rent a Sun Hung Kai Properties flat to become a Club member?
A: No, they just need to be aged 18 or over for ordinary membership (Please click here for application details) , but anyone who owns (first hand or second hand) or rents (currently or previously) an SHKP flat or principal guests in the capacity of licensee in SHKP Suite Hotel is eligible for Star membership (Please click here for application details ). Applicants have to complete the application form in full. In order to enable us to verify the applicant's eligibility for the membership, each applicant is requested to provide a copy of required documents with the Application forms. The documents will be destroyed after verification. 
Q: Does owning a Sun Hung Kai Properties flat automatically make someone a member?
A: No, they have to apply.
Q: Who is eligible to join the Club as an ordinary member?
A: Applicants must be aged 18 or over (Please click here for application details).
Q: Who is eligible to join the Club as a Star member?
A: To apply for Star membership, applicants must be aged 18 or over and are buyers or tenants in an SHKP residential property or principal guests in the capacity of licensee in SHKP Suite Hotel. (Please click here for application details).
Q: What does it cost to join the SHKP Club?
A: Nothing.
Q: How can I join the club?
A: Here are the main ways:
  1. By Post or via fax - Mail or fax a completed application form and a copy of required documents to the Club (Star membership applicants must submit other relevant documents). Your membership card will be mailed to you in two to three weeks. (The copy of required documents will be destroyed after verification)
  2. Online application 
Q: How long before I receive my membership card?
A: About two to three weeks after recipient of the application form and verification.

Q: When will I receive the Club newsletter?
A: SHKP Club will send the latest information to members via email from time to time, members can also visit SHKP Club official website at any time.

Q: What do I do if my membership card is lost or damaged?
A: Send the Club a cheque for HK$50 (administration fee) payable to the 'Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited'. Address: SHKP Club, 45/F, Sun Hung Kai Centre, 30 Harbour Road, Wanchai. You should write your name, telephone number and 'replacement of membership card' on the back of the cheque

A: You can send an email to shkpclub@shkp.com or call 2828 7878 during office hours to update your address or telephone number
