The low-density Woodland residential development was one of SHKP's early forays on the mainland, with a site area of four million sq.ft., of which 40% is given to greenery. The third phase covering 660,000 sq.ft. was finished recently and has been named The Woodland Vineyard.

As the name suggests, the third phase follows the model of The Vineyard in Hong Kong. It is the first residential development in Zhongshan offering chateau-style living. It blends with the natural greenery of the city allowing residents to get close to the scenic environment.
Special units
The Woodland Vineyard has eight blocks of 14 to 17 storeys with a total of 391 units ranging from 700 to 3,500 sq.ft. Handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2008. There are 46 chateaux and penthouses measuring over 1,800 sq.ft., with 1,800-sq-ft basements and 4,000-sq-ft landscaped gardens in chateaux. Over 30 units have spacious sky gardens measuring 250 to 500 sq.ft..
Convenient transport
The Woodland lies in a quiet yet convenient location in the eastern part of Zhongshan, close to the 8.32-million-sq-ft Zimaling Park and Zhongshan rail station. It takes about 90 minutes to get there from Hong Kong by ferry, and land transport is also very convenient.
