The SHKP Club continues to greater benefits for members buying property. Following discounts of up to 20% for members buying Oscar by the Sea, the new Property Preview Loyalty Scheme will start soon.

Special offer on Oscar by the Sea
Last year there was the Member-Buyer Reward Programme for Club member buying Park Central, and this year SHKP offered special discounts on Oscar by the Sea. Club members who bought selected units in Oscar by the Sea before 3 February 2002 were eligible for up to 20% off the unit price.
Everyone wins a prize at new show flat previews
The 2002 Show Flat Preview Loyalty Scheme will start soon. Not only will members enjoy Prizes for Everyone, they will also be able to enter a new on-site Most Eloquent Slogan game this year. Members will receive a stamp each time they visit a selected SHKP show flat this year, and those who collect two stamps or more will be eligible to win one of three prizes worth over HK$300, to be won during the year at the preview site. In addition, a new Most Eloquent Slogan game will be held at each preview, giving members the chance to win a valuable Super Prize. The more preview you visit, the more chances you will have to win.
2001 Show Flat Preview Loyalty Scheme results
Last year's Show Flat Preview Loyalty Scheme is over. The SHKP Club organized five show flat previews and got an enthusiastic response, recording almost 150,000 preview visitors. Members who collected four or more stamps were eligible for the second stage lucky draw, and here are the winners:

Over 10,000 members visit Central Plaza Apex
The Club organized a members' visit to the private Apex in Central Plaza last November, and more than 10,000 members were able to enjoy the stunning views of Victoria Harbour. In addition, members who took part in the visit donated more than HK$120,000 to the Community Chest via the SHKP Club. Surveys conducted after the visits showed that 98% of the visitors were satisfied with the outing.
Shopping privileges a big hit
Following last year's diamond show and lucky draw in New Town Plaza in Shatin, the Club continues to offer new shopping privileges for members. From 7 December 2001 to 20 January 2002, members shopping in selected SHKP malls using their Citibank SHKP Club VISA Cards got double lucky draw entries and double rewards. The draw at New Town Plaza was a big hit, with a record of over 85,000 tickets given out. Club member Susan So won the grand prize, a new Ford Galaxy 7-seater MPV worth HK$219,800.
Two way communication for better service
Improving customer service and two way communication are the Club's goals, and it organizes many events to provide members with the latest property information. At the same time, the Club always listens to members' views in order to raise the quality of SHKP's properties and services. According to a survey, members think that property-related information and benefits are most important and satisfactory. Show flat previews and the Club newsletter received the first and second highest satisfaction ratings.
