Sabatini in SHKP's Royal Garden Hotel is famous in Hong Kong for Italian food, and Dragonair has chosen the restaurant to supply entrees for all first and business class passengers on flights from Hong Kong to Shanghai or Beijing.

Enabling more people to enjoy Sabatini's delicious fare
The Royal Garden's General Manager Keven Chan said the hotel is honoured to serve Dragonair passengers and pleased with the added recognition for Sabatini's gourmet cooking. Mr Chan also hopes that this collaboration will encourage more local people and tourists to enjoy Sabatini's delicious Italian cuisine.
Selection of 40 dishes
There are 12 Dragonair flights from Hong Kong to Shanghai or Beijing daily, and from 1 March to 31 December 2002, Sabatini will supply main courses for first and business class passengers on all of them. There will be 40 main courses that Dragonair chefs will prepare according to Sabatini's special recipes, with a choice of three meals on each flight. Dragonair will rotate the menu regularly.
