SHKP's Prima Villa residential development in Shatin is now being handed over, and for the handover, SHKP has introduced two new services. Easy Material Sourcing allows new owners to get replacement fittings & finishes, and with Online Maintenance Records, work reports are posted on the Internet so owners can check on the progress of any repairs. In addition to these innovations, SHKP's Property Liaison Team has checked every unit to ensure that it is of the highest standard. Owners have welcomed these premier services.

SHKP first with Easy Material Sourcing

In keeping with SHKP's corporate ethos that 'Better quality begins with me', owners can now take advantage of Easy Material Sourcing. With the new service, the management company helps owners to buy original fittings & finishes like ceramic, marble and granite tiles and hardware. The service depends on the availability of stock and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The developer understands that owners may need extra fittings & finishes if they decorate or change the unit design, and since most of the materials are imported from overseas, they are not easy to find in Hong Kong. With this new service, owners don't have to go to all the trouble of looking for materials, because SHKP can supply them from stock. This not only helps to reduce waste, it also offers a unique answer to owners' needs.

Online Maintenance Records another SHKP first

Online Maintenance Records are another first from SHKP. When an owner returns the defects checklist, the management company will computerize the items listed and post it on the Internet. The Construction Department will then update the progress of work on a daily basis, allowing owners to check maintenance records on superhome.net at any time. This boosts owners' confidence in the progress of work.

Cross-departmental Property Liaison Team

Market expectations for quality and after-sale service are constantly rising. A few years ago, SHKP was the first developer to establish a Cross-departmental Property Liaison Team with clear guidelines and standards for units. The team is made up of experts from a wide range of fields, including Construction, Sales, Project Monitoring, Project Management and Estate Management.

The Property Liaison Team inspects units prior to handover, checking all the facilities including plumbing, windows, electrical appliances, circuits and plugs.
