Oscar by the Sea Phase 2 for handover soon -
New on-site show flats now open
Phase 2 of SHKP's superstar luxury residential development Oscar by the Sea will be handed over to owners soon, and new on-site show flats for the property are now open to the public. The developer first offered a special discount on Oscar by the sea to staff of Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) and SHKP Club members, and the response was so remarkable that the same deal was extended to the general public. Up until to February 26, buyers of Oscar by the Sea can get a discount and incentives totalling as much as 20% of the unit price, plus HK$18,000 in Lai See.

Special discount welcomed
SHKP and TVB joined together to offer a unit in Oscar by the Sea as the grand prize in the game show Brainworks. The developer then made a special offer to SHKP Club members and TVB staff, giving them a discount and incentives worth as much as 20% for buying a unit in Oscar by the Sea before 3 February 2002. Response to the offer was most enthusiastic and over 200 units sold within about ten days.
Close to MTR for convenient transportation
The property is in Clearwater Bay, surrounded by a complete transportation network. It is close to the Tseung Kwan O MTR extension that will go into service in August this year, and travelling via the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel to other districts is also very convenient. The development has seven residential blocks. Phase 1 consists of three blocks from 32 to 38 storeys, with units ranging from 998 to 1,372 sq ft, and Phase 2 has four residential blocks from 47 to 49 storeys containing 1,535 units between 632 and 903 sq ft, with two or three bedrooms. Phase 2 should be ready for handover this May. New on-site show flats for Phase 2 are now open to the public.
Movie-theme Oscar Club
The development's deluxe Oscar Club covers over 30,000 sq ft, and it follows a movie theme with a grove of coconut palms at the entrance and a star-studded boulevard, along with a theatre-like entrance lobby accented by a crystal chandelier. The club has a movie library and the only 3D home theatre in Hong Kong, so residents can rent 3D movies or make their own films for the silver screen. There is also a stage where performances can be held.
